Girl Native is an online store. We no longer have a physical shop, so every order is packed by hand and sent from Aotearoa New Zealand. We ship to almost every country in the world.
When your order leaves us
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Shipping rates and delivery times
All parcels are sent tracked. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and can vary with customs and local carriers.
- Aotearoa New Zealand: NZ$10 for orders under NZ$120, complimentary on orders of NZ$120 or more, 1 to 3 working days
- Australia: A$20 for orders under A$120, A$32 for orders of A$120 or more, 4 to 8 working days
- Asia and the Pacific: NZ$30 for orders under NZ$150, NZ$50 for orders of NZ$150 or more, 6 to 12 working days
- North America: NZ$45 for orders under NZ$150, NZ$75 for orders of NZ$150 or more, 6 to 12 working days
- United Kingdom and Europe: NZ$40 for orders under NZ$150, NZ$70 for orders of NZ$150 or more, 7 to 14 working days
- Rest of the world: NZ$45 for orders under NZ$150, NZ$80 for orders of NZ$150 or more, 8 to 20 working days
Duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by the destination country. These are set by your local customs office, are not included in our prices or shipping, and are paid by the recipient on delivery.
Packing
Our products live in glass, so each one is wrapped and cushioned before it is boxed. If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Addresses and lost parcels
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address. If your tracking has not moved for 10 working days, contact us and we will follow it up with the carrier.
