Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from Porirua, Aotearoa New Zealand, with New Zealand Couriers. Orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Girl Native is online only, so we do not offer store pickup.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and are not guaranteed. Rural, remote and island addresses can take longer.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking link.

Duties, taxes and customs

International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are set by local authorities, are not included in our prices or shipping, and are paid by the recipient. If an order is refused at customs or left uncollected and comes back to us, we refund the product price less the original shipping and any return costs.

Address details

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away and we will try to change it before dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@girlnative.com with your order number. We will open a claim with the courier and send a replacement or refund once it is resolved.

Countries we can't ship to

Because of carrier and trade restrictions, we cannot currently ship to Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia or Syria.
